Two Doctors.
One Mission.

Dr. Tempco and Dr. Peveto met several years ago at their former medical practice, where they developed a great friendship that naturally transitioned to a medical partnership. With the loving support of their spouses and families, they were thrilled to continue their professional journey together by opening Front Range Physicians.

Meet Dr. Tempco

A double board-certified internal medicine and functional medicine physician, Dr. Tempco earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois of Chicago and attended medical school at Debusk College of Osteopathic Medicine, TN, and residency at Riverside Medical Center, IL. Dr. Tempco, her husband, and two young children moved to Colorado in 2019, and she absolutely loves the lifestyle that this area offers and the chance to explore the beauty of the outdoors. Her family and her faith mean everything to her, and she relishes her very busy but fun life! She lives on a small ranch in the foothills, surrounded by horses, dogs, chickens, and yaks. Don’t be surprised if she is in cowgirl boots when you come in for visits!

Dr. Tempco is extremely down-to-earth and works tirelessly to take care of her patients. She focuses on holistic ways to optimize health and truly believes the body has the power to heal itself if given the right support. She feels very strongly about protecting the physician–patient relationship, a relationship she believes is very intimate. Having the opportunity to start a direct primary care practice has been a dream of hers since residency, and it is a true honor to care for the patients who trust in her.

Meet Dr. Peveto

A longtime Colorado resident, Dr. Peveto is a dedicated family man, avid outdoorsman, and skilled physician. He is a proud Colorado State alumnus (Go Rams!) and spends his time biking, skiing, fishing, and spending time with his wife and two sons.

Dr. Peveto is a board-certified family medicine physician. He earned his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University and completed his medical training and residency at the University of Colorado. Known for his thoughtful and thorough approach, Dr. Peveto takes the time to fully understand each patient’s concerns—no matter how simple or complex they may be.

When it comes to the patient–physician relationship, Dr. Peveto sees his role as a trusted medical advisor, offering expert guidance to support informed, autonomous decisions about your health. He is easy-going and strives to create an atmosphere of respect and ease, always with a touch of humor. Open two-way communication is his priority, and he takes the time to answer questions clearly.

He is interested in you as a person and values a slow approach to medicine. He is also interested in your favorite biking trail recommendations and is always up for swapping a good (mostly true) fishing story.
